Liquid is also known for its early involvement in the Korean scene, through a partnership with Old Generations which allowed its players to practice in Korea and to compete in the GSL. The team roster's achievements in premier events include winning four DreamHacks, two MLGs, two Assemblies, and one NASL. Originally a Brood War clan, the team switched to SC2 during the StarCraft II beta in 2010 and became one of the most successful foreign teams. Team Liquid is a StarCraft II professional team, founded in the Netherlands in 2000.
